The patient is then encouraged to let go of all the critical thoughts that have been intriguing him. Next comes the most crucial stage. The stage wherein the therapist offers suggestions and solutions is the heart of the therapy. The patient is then brought back to usual awareness and then is asked to reflect upon his experience.
